Here follows a statement by the Royal Office:

“His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God assist Him, received, on Friday October 18, 2024 at the Royal Palace in Rabat, Chakib Benmoussa, whom the Sovereign named High Commissioner for Planning.

HM King Mohammed VI, may God Glorify Him, also received Ahmed Lahlimi Alami, former High Commissioner for Planning, whom the Sovereign decorated with the Grand Cordon of Wissam Al Arch.”
