HM The King, Commander Of The Faithful, Chairs Saturday Forth Ramadan Religious Lecture

HM King Mohammed VI, Commander of the Faithful, will chair on Saturday, at the Casablanca royal palace, the forth religious lecture, of the series of Hassanian lectures on the holy month of Ramadan, to be given by professor Abdessalam Al-Abbadi, former Jordanian minister of endowments and Islamic Affairs and vice-president of the International Academy of Islamic Fiqh, themed "Waqfs (endowments) and their economic and social roles" drawing on the Quranic verse: "Those who spend their wealth in the way of Allah is like a seed [of grain] which grows seven spikes; in each spike is a hundred grains. And Allah multiplies [His reward] for whom He wills. And Allah is all-Encompassing and Knowing."

The religious lecture will be aired on the national radio and TV at 5.45p.m.
