HM The King Receives Libya's Prime Minister

HM King Mohammed VI received this Monday Libyan Prime minister Ali Zeidan, who is on a working and brotherhood visit to Morocco, the Royal office announced.
HM the King and the Head of the Libyan government hailed the constant evolution and consolidation of bilateral relations at the service of the two peoples.
The Sovereign said Morocco is following with particular interest the ongoing political and institutional transition process in Libya, expressing, in this context, Morocco's readiness to accompany Libyan efforts to open a new page of its history in the frame of national unity and on the basis of sound institutions.
The meeting also underlined the shared destiny of the Maghreb and the importance that should be given to a solidarity-based and active Maghreban Union.
HM the King and the Libyan prime minster further reviewed the regional security situation, the considerable challenges facing several countries of the Sahel-Sahara regions and the needed appropriate answers.
Following the session, HM the King expressed to the Libyan prime minister personal support of the sovereign and the government to Libya's efforts in this crucial transition period, in order to fulfill the Libyan people's multiples aspirations to stability, progress and prosperity, the release goes on.
The Royal audience was then enlarged to the two countries' foreign ministers Saad Dine El Otmani (Morocco) and Mohamed Mhamed Abdelaziz (Libya).
