HM the King Sends Message of Thanks and Gratitude to UAE President

His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God assist Him, has sent a message of thanks and gratitude to His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State of the United Arab Emirates, for the participation of an Emirati search and rescue team in the relief and rescue efforts following the September 08 earthquake.

In this message, the Sovereign expresses to His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan His sincere thanks and deep appreciation for the Emirati President's sincere feelings of compassion and active solidarity in support of the victims of the painful earthquake that struck the Al Haouz region.

HM the King expresses, on His own behalf and on behalf of the Moroccan people, His warm thanks and gratitude to His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan for his noble humanitarian and generous initiative to mobilize an Emirati rescue team, which provided strong support to its Moroccan brothers and illustrated the strength of the ties of constant affection and sincere brotherhood uniting the two brotherly peoples.

The Sovereign reaffirms his deep pride in the bonds of friendship and fraternity linking His Majesty the King to His Highness Sheikh Mohammed and the two Families, as well as the solid fraternal relations between the two countries, based on fruitful cooperation and active solidarity.

On this occasion, the Sovereign reiterates to the President of the State of the United Arab Emirates the expression of His thanks and gratitude for his permanent support to his second homeland, the Kingdom of Morocco.
