HM the King Congratulates President of Singapore on Independence Day

His Majesty King Mohammed VI has sent a message of congratulations to president of the Republic of Singapore, Halimah Yacob, on the occasion of her country's Independence Day.

In this message, HM the King expresses, on His own behalf and that of the Moroccan people, His warmest congratulations and best wishes for good health and happiness to Yacob and for further progress and prosperity to the people of Singapore.

Commending the relations rooted in friendship between the Kingdom of Morocco and the Republic of Singapore, the Sovereign takes the opportunity to express His determination to continue to work with the Singaporean president "to further develop our ties, serve our countries' strategic interests and fulfil our peoples' aspirations for closer, more fruitful cooperation in all sectors".
