HM King Mohammed VI sent a message of congratulations to President of the Libyan Presidential Council, Mohamed Younes El-Menfi, on his country's Independence Day.
In this message, the Sovereign expresses His warm congratulations to El-Menfi and His sincere wishes for further progress and prosperity to the Libyan people, in security and stability.
HM the King also welcomes the ties of fraternity and cooperation between Morocco and Libya, reiterating the Kingdom’s commitment to further reinforcing and developing these relations, in order to “meet our aspirations and the shared ambitions of our two peoples.”
