HRH Princess Lalla Hasna Launches Development Works of Andalusian Garden

HRH Princess Lalla Hasna, chairwoman of the Mohammed VI Foundation for Environmental Protection, launched, Tuesday in Rabat, the development works of the Andalusian Garden (Mountazah Al Hassan Athani).
Upon her arrival at the Andalusian Garden, HRH Princess Lalla Hasna reviewed a detachment of the Municipal Guard, which made the honors before being greeted by Economy and Finance Minister, Mohamed Boussaid, and Wali Director General of Local Communities, Abdelatif Benchrifa and Wali of the Rabat-Salé-Zemmour-Zair region, Governor of the prefecture of Rabat, Abdelouafi Laftit, the Chairman of the region Council and the Chairman of the city of Rabat.
Subsequently, explanations were presented to HRH Princess Lalla Hasna on the Andalusian Garden, a green space that will bring added value to the capital and its population, and will make Rabat the capital of green spaces.
Spreading over an area of 30 ha, the Andalusian Garden consists of several green areas and sports fields. The development works of the Garden will last 12 months for a total cost of 160 million dirhams.
