Here follows a statement by the Royal Office :
"His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God assist Him, received this Thursday 18 Dhul Hijja 1477 AH, corresponding to June 4, 2026, at the Rabat Royal Palace, the members appointed to the Constitutional Court, in accordance with the Constitution's provisions and the Court's organic law, particularly provisions regarding the renewal of one-third of its members.
They are:
-Mohamed Amine Benabdellah and Saad Rhzioual Berrada, members appointed by His Majesty the King.
His Majesty the King, may God glorify Him, has kindly appointed Mohamed Amine Benabdellah as President of the Constitutional Court.
-Ahmadou El Baz, a member elected by the House of Representatives;
-Abdelhafid Adminou, a member elected by the House of Councillors.
During this audience, the new members took the oath of office before His Majesty the King, may God preserve Him."
