In implementation of the High Instructions of His Majesty the King, Supreme Commander and Chief of General Staff of the Royal Armed Forces (FAR), Her Royal Highness Princess Lalla Meryem, President of the FAR Social Works, chaired on Saturday the Board of Directors of the FAR Social Works at the headquarters of the FAR General Staff.
Upon her arrival at the General Staff headquarters, Her Royal Highness was welcomed by the Lieutenant General, FAR Inspector General, Commander of the South Zone, and Delegate President of the Board of Directors of the FAR Social Works, before reviewing a detachment from the FAR Headquarters Battalion. Her Royal Highness was subsequently greeted by the members of the Board of Directors of the FAR Social Services, according to a statement from the FAR General Staff.
The meeting was attended by the Minister Delegate to the Head of Government in charge of National Defense Administration; the Lieutenant General, FAR Inspector General and Commander of the South Zone; the Lieutenant General, Commander of the Royal Gendarmerie; as well as members of the Board of Directors of the FAR Social Services
During the meeting, the Brigadier General, Head of the Directorate General of Social Services, presented a report on the various services provided during the past year for the beneficiaries of the FAR social services and outlined the action plan for 2027.
The regular Board of Directors’ meetings under the effective presidency of Her Royal Highness Princess Lalla Meryem reflects the Utmost Care with which His Majesty the King, may God assist Him, surrounds members of the FAR and their families, the statement concluded.
