This fake account advertises an alleged Moroccan digital currency and non-existent digital transactions, the Head of Government's office said in a clarification note.
“In view of false information or content likely to be shared by this account, all of which has no connection with the Institution of the Head of Government or the person of Aziz Akhannouch, we affirm that the only official account to report on the activities of the Head of Government and the Institution of the Head of Government on social network (X) is : @ChefGov_ma”, the same source states.
The Head of Government office urges all citizens and social network users to be vigilant in the face of false accounts, and to keep to trusted sources of information coming from official accounts.
