Dubai: 11th World Government Summit Kicks Off with Moroccan Participation

The 11th edition of the World Government Summit kicked off on Monday in Dubai, with the participation of more than 25 heads of government, decision-makers, opinion leaders and 85 international and regional organizations.
Morocco is represented at this event, organized under the theme "Shaping tomorrow's governments", by the Justice Minister, Abdellatif Ouahbi.
The three-day Summit will see the participation of 120 government delegations, who will present their ideas on the governments of the future, the related challenges and the innovative solutions to be proposed to meet them.
Participants will address pressing issues facing humanity in various fields, including the economy, technology, artificial intelligence, sustainability, finance and education.
In his opening address, Minister of Cabinet Affairs and Chairman of the World Government Summit Organization, Mohammad bin Abdullah Al Gergawi, emphasized that the Summit is an opportunity to look at the vast opportunities for growth and development facing the world today.
He called for looking beyond “the harsh reality" the world is going through and "project ourselves into a better future for future generations."
