18th Dubai Airshow Opens with Moroccan Participation
The 18th edition of the Dubai Airshow opened on Monday, with the participation of 148 countries, including Morocco.
The Kingdom is represented at this event, which brings together over 1,400 exhibitors and some 300 international participants, by a high-level delegation including the Minister Delegate to the Head of Government in charge of National Defense Administration, Abdellatif Loudiyi, and the Minister of Industry and Trade, Ryad Mezzour.
Considered as one of the most important global events in the aeronautics sector, this event aims to strengthen opportunities for cooperation and technological development, explore the latest trends in the field and raise the bar for sustainable innovation.
This edition, which runs until November 17, will feature a series of air and ground displays of commercial and military aircraft to showcase their capabilities to attendees representing the space, defense and aviation industries.
The event also showcases the latest developments in the use of sustainable aviation fuel, as well as other solutions and innovations that help support sustainable development efforts in the aviation sector.
The show, which features the latest vertical take-off and landing aircraft and drones, also includes a special pavilion for the space sector.
In addition, it will host a specialized two-day conference bringing together executives, government officials and decision-makers to examine the latest solutions and innovations contributing to the development of the space sector.
