The National Initiative for Human Development is a development project with the main objctif of improving economic and social conditions for the poor. The project officially launched after the royal speech on May 18, 2005. And is based on three main themes:
- address the social deficit urban slum and rural communities most in need
- To encourage income-generating activities bitumen and releasing jobs
- To respond to the essential needs of  people in difficult situations
