Energy: Marita Group Holding and Triton Solar USA Announce Partnership to Develop African Markets
Morocco's Marita Group Holding has announced it has signed an agreement with Triton Solar USA to form a partnership to sell, develop and operate a pipeline of Nanotechnology next-generation lithium-ion batteries for the African market, US information website Newswire reports.
Marita Group will provide Engineering, Procurement and Sales, Construction ("EPC") and Operations and Maintenance ("O&M") services to the projects, the source added.
The two parties have also signed an MOU to form a partnership for the introduction of cancer detection test kits to Africa.
"Such a breakthrough in early cancer detection can help to save millions of lives in Africa," said Naseer M. Sayed, president of Marita Group Holding.
